If you don’t kill the dragon while it’s small, it grows bigger!

This is an awesome question. We want to vent those emotions so we have perspective on them during the conversation and it’s not just raw emotions clashing against each other.

Meditating, journaling or even talking to someone neutral about it might help!

I just imagine doom and gloom that in almost all cases, confronting the potential conflict is not as bad.
